We're Down For The Count, a band from Mansfield, MA. We've recently changed our genre of choice over to ska, but don't worry, there's still some White Boy Funk in there, oh yeah. We have one recording out as of now, be on the lookout for it! You can DL some tunes here. Please note that these recordings are our OLD sound, we are now much harder!

-9/1/02- A revamp of the website has been underway and the pictures section is in desperate need of some new images. If you have any photos scan them and email them to Pickitup@dfcska.com. -Trumpet
-8/12/02- Show is being rescheduled due to a double booking at the Legion.
-7/23/02- Mark your calendars for August 16th, a sick show has been scheduled featuring the talents of Thanks for Nothing, DFC, A New Beginning, Motionless, and Dow Jones and the Industrials. Click Shows for more info.
-7/15/02- DFC did not win and in fact did not place in the Battle of the Bands due to a number of reasons that seem to get longer even day. Despite this however, we had a great time playing even with the techinical difficulties and it was awesome to see the crowds response to the new sound. Look for a cool list of upcoming shows -Trumpet
-7/12/02- DFC's playing TODAY at the Mansfield Holiday Inn at the Battle of the Bands. I hope you all bought tickets, because if you haven't well, you aint gettin' in! For those that did get tix we hope to see you there in your best homemade DFC aparell, who knows, make extras and you can sell them... FOR MONEY! The show starts at 6... I dunno when in the heck we're going on, someone told me we were last, but I have no clue! Okay, well ready yourselfs to rock!
-7/08/02- I hope you all enjoyed the wonderful advertisement that Jason Francis, DFC trumpet man, created in his spare time. Hopefully we'll see more of those in the future. If you're interested in seeing us at battle of the bands you better start contacting DFC members, time is running out, we only have a few more days to sell tickets. -5/20/02- DFC is proud to say that we FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY HAVE A SHOW that will not be getting cancelled, because we are running it. So far we have Thanks For Nothing, Loss of a Hero and A New Beginning, click on Shows for more details
